As long as you, the original purchaser at retail, own the upholstery furniture, the frame is warranted by Our House Designs, Inc. to you against defect n material and workmanship (excluding natural defect in wood) for the LIFETIME of the upholstered furniture. The uphlostered piece must remain upholstered in the original fabric and be used under normal wear and conditions.

Spring - Limited Lifetime Warranty
As long as you, the original purchaser at retail, own the upholstered furniture, the spring system is warranted by Our House Designs, Inc., to you to be free of defect in materials and workmanship for the LIFETIME of the upholsterd furniture. The upholsterd piece must remain upholstered in the original fabric and be used under normal wear and conditions.

Cushion - Limited Lifetime Warranty
Our cushions are made from premium high resiliency cushioning materials. As long as you, the original purchaser at retail, own the upholstery furniture, the cushions are warranted by Our House Designs, Inc., to you against abnormal loss of resiliency for the LIFETIME of the upholstered furniture as long as it is used under normal wear and normal conditions. Abnormal wear and abnormal loss of resiliency should not be confused with softening and flattening of the foam and fibers, which are considered normal wear, and are not defects.

Executive Swivel Chair Mechanisms - Five Year Warranty
All executive swivel chair mechanisms and casters are warranted for five years from the date of purchase against defective materials and workmanship under normal wear and conditions.

Sleeper Mechanisms - Three Year Warranty
Our mechanism has a three-year warranty against manufacturers defects of any kind. This would include faulty rivets, bent or broken hinge linkage. This warranty is based on normal wear and conditions.

Sleeper Mattress - Three Year Warranty
Our mattress has a three-year warranty against manufacturers defects of any kind. This warranty is based on normal wear and conditions.

Fabric / Leather
Manufacturers of upholstery fabrics and leathers do not warrant their products for wearablility or colorfastness. While Our House Designs, Inc. makes every effort to select products that are durable and colorfast, we are unable to honor adjustments, claims or credits for failure of these materials properties.
